6. Delays and Lost Packages

Neearn is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or carrier issues
If a package is lost, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier
If an incorrect address is provided, and the package is lost or returned, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees
