Payment Policy

At Neearn, we strive to offer a safe, simple, and secure shopping experience. To maintain the highest level of payment security and buyer protection, we currently accept payments exclusively through PayPal.

 

1. Accepted Payment Method

We only accept the following method of payment:

  • PayPal – You can pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit/debit card via the PayPal platform.

You do not need a PayPal account to complete your payment. If you prefer not to register, you may check out as a guest using a credit or debit card through PayPal's secure gateway.

 

2. Why PayPal?

We use PayPal because it provides:

  • Industry-leading security and encryption

  • Real-time payment confirmation

  • Buyer protection for eligible purchases

  • Global availability, supporting multiple currencies

Your payment information is never shared with or stored by Neearn.

3. Currency

All prices on our website are listed in USD (U.S. Dollars). If your PayPal account or card uses a different currency, PayPal will automatically convert the total at the current exchange rate.

Currency conversion fees may apply depending on your PayPal settings or funding source.

 

4. Order Processing

Once your PayPal payment is successfully completed:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email

  • Your order will be processed within 1–3 business days

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once dispatched

We do not process or ship orders until payment has been confirmed.

 

5. Failed or Cancelled Payments

If your PayPal payment is declined, canceled, or pending:

  • Please ensure your funding source (bank/card) is valid and has sufficient balance

  • You may try the transaction again or use a different PayPal account

  • For persistent issues, contact PayPal support directly

Neearn reserves the right to cancel any unpaid or unverified orders after 48 hours.

 

6. Fraud Prevention & Security

For your protection and ours, we may flag and manually review orders that appear unusual or high-risk. In such cases:

  • We may request verification via email before shipping

  • If we cannot verify the transaction, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund
