At Neearn, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love what you ordered. If you are not satisfied, we offer a flexible return policy.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receipt, provided the item(s) meet the following criteria:

• Unworn, unwashed, unaltered

• All tags and original packaging intact

• Not a final sale or hygiene-sensitive product (e.g., earrings, underwear)

Returns not meeting the above conditions may be refused.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Please email neearn2002@outlook.com with the subject line "Return Request" and include:

• Full name and order number

• Item(s) to be returned

• Reason for the return

• Photo evidence (if applicable)

We will respond within 2 business days with instructions and a return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for using a trackable shipping method.

• We are not liable for return items lost in transit.

4. Refund Request

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.

Please note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
