You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return, refund, or replacement. No rush—take your time to decide.

Missing tags or packaging? Don’t worry—we’ll still accept your return.

Items just need to be in a reasonably usable condition; we don’t require “brand new.”

Hygiene-sensitive items (like earrings or underwear) may not be returnable unless defective.
3. How to Start a Return

4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to size, style, or preference, you cover the shipping cost.

If the item is wrong, defective, or damaged, we’ll handle everything—and in many cases, you won’t even need to send the item back.
5. Refunds

Refunds are usually issued within 2–3 business days once your request is confirmed.

Money goes back to your original payment method, though timing depends on your bank.

For defective or incorrect items, we’ll issue your refund first and then arrange a free replacement delivered directly to your home if you’d like one.
6. Exchanges
If you want a different item, simply return yours for a refund and place a new order. We’ll be glad to guide you if you need help reordering.
