At Neearn, we want every order to feel effortless. If your purchase doesn’t work out for any reason, we’ll make it right with a simple and flexible return policy.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return, refund, or replacement. No rush—take your time to decide.

2. Flexible Return Conditions

  • Tried it on? That’s perfectly fine.

  • Missing tags or packaging? Don’t worry—we’ll still accept your return.

  • Items just need to be in a reasonably usable condition; we don’t require “brand new.”

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (like earrings or underwear) may not be returnable unless defective.

3. How to Start a Return

Just send us an email at neearn2002@outlook.com with your order number. No complicated forms, no strict approval needed—our team will help you right away.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to size, style, or preference, you cover the shipping cost.

  • If the item is wrong, defective, or damaged, we’ll handle everything—and in many cases, you won’t even need to send the item back.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are usually issued within 2–3 business days once your request is confirmed.

  • Money goes back to your original payment method, though timing depends on your bank.

  • For defective or incorrect items, we’ll issue your refund first and then arrange a free replacement delivered directly to your home if you’d like one.

6. Exchanges

If you want a different item, simply return yours for a refund and place a new order. We’ll be glad to guide you if you need help reordering.
